• High Density loading carts allow the loading of up to 154 mouse cages, in a cart that is 30% lighter than previous models. • At least 8 washing cycles per hour – for maximum efficiency and a washing rate of about 1230 cages per hour! • The washing cycles are validated by an independent laboratory in accordance with AK-KAB requirements. • The high amount of cages in the washing cycle, and control of the power of the motors reduce the consumption of water, electricity and detergents by about 75% compared to other models. • ACT (Adaptive Cleaning Technology) – arms that move up and down and mobile washing nozzles, which ensure optimal coverage of the equipment with a powerful and focused stream. • Active inflatable door gasket to provide a proven chamber air tightness • Filter cleans itself dynamically and under high pressure. • Emergency opening and emergency alerts inside and outside the cabin. • Completely separate water paths for washing and flushing (final washing) including tanks, pumps, and separate pipes, for complete final cleaning. • Supplied with a dosing pump for cleaning or neutralizing agent. • AISI 304 construction, plastic materials resistant to the working temperature, acids, bases & disinfectans to prevent dirty traps • Required pit depth: only 100 mm. • Compact machine and easy to install, even in old buildings: (WxDxH) 2440x2494x2490mm) • Optional steam or electric heating, each with different cost. • Supplied disassembled for connection and installation on site. • 24 months warranty from installation date or 3 months after delivery date (whichever is earlier) & subject to periodic treatments (for an additional fee) according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
